Strategic Planning Services Consultant
ProSidian is seeking a Strategic Planning Services Consultant for program support on a technical element located in Los Fresnos, TX. This position supports the Los Fresnos Consolidated Independent School District (CISD), which serves approximately 10,565 students across 14 schools. Recognized for strong academic performance, the district offers 18 Advanced Placement courses and has been named a National Advanced Placement District of the Year. In 2019, it received an "A" rating from the Texas Education Agency, reflecting high student achievement and progress.
The consultant will provide services and support for professional services engagement for Education, And Academia Sector Clients such as LFCISD. This is a technical element or contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Strategic Planning Services functional area professional - consultant services for education professional development position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a full-time ProSidian employed W-2 position.
Responsibilities and duties include facilitating comprehensive strategic planning services engagements, offering expertise in organizational strategy, business advisory, change management, and strategic initiatives management. The consultant will drive strategic alignment and measurable growth through expert facilitation of educational strategic planning initiatives.
Desired qualifications include a proven background in strategic consulting, education management, or organizational leadership. Experience in strategic consulting, change management, and education sector planning initiatives is required.
Other requirements include proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, outstanding time management and prioritization abilities, adaptability to changing project requirements and priorities, ability to multi-task and pay close attention to detail, excellent analytical, organizational and time management skills, and strong communication skills, both oral and written.
