Work Environment\n

This role is designed to offer flexibility with a remote work setting, primarily operating Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. While most meetings and assessments can be conducted remotely, there may be occasional evening and weekend hours based on client needs. You will be expected to maintain a flexible schedule to facilitate visits, ensuring that our clients receive continuous and quality care. Being on-call may also be necessary to address urgent requests from clients or family members.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting detailed assessments of clients' psychosocial needs, factoring in emotional, mental, and social dimensions.

• Collaborating with seniors and their families to develop individualized care plans tailored to their specific preferences and goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
