Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, formulating clinical diagnoses based on DSM-5 criteria.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Provide therapeutic services through individual, group, and family therapy sessions, addressing issues like depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship challenges.

• Offer crisis intervention support during acute mental health emergencies, ensuring clients receive timely assistance and resources.

• Maintain meticulous, confidential client records and documentation, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.

• Engage in collaborative care by working closely with an interdisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists and case managers, to provide cohesive treatment.

Qualifications\n
