Work Environment\n

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to determine the social-emotional and developmental needs of children aged 0-3.
\n
• Participate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for children.
\n
• Monitor and evaluate the outcomes of IFSPs, revising them as necessary to adapt to the evolving needs of the child and family.
\n
• Offer tailored support and resources to families, empowering them to engage in their child’s developmental process effectively.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices and the Natural Learning Environment approach, adapting strategies to meet the unique learning styles of each child.
\n
• Foster meaningful relationships with children and families, understanding their cultural and personal backgrounds to create a supportive environment.
\n
• Ensure compliance with all relevant federal and state regulations related to service provisions and data management.
\n
• Contribute to team meetings and case discussions to improve service delivery and support for children and families.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this position is on infants and toddlers who may be facing developmental challenges. Your expertise will help these children learn essential developmental milestones across various domains, including physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills. You will work closely with families, guiding them through interventions and providing them with the tools necessary for ongoing support and development.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work is required.

• Current licensure as an LCSW from the Department of Public Health is essential.
\n
• A valid driver’s license is necessary for potential in-person elements of the role.
\n
• Must have excellent organization, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
