Business Analyst - Enterprise Systems

As a Business Analyst – Enterprise Systems, you support and optimize critical business applications across Sunrise, including Labor Scheduling, Resident Onboarding, and Electronic Health Records (EHR). What You’ll Do: • Support and maintain enterprise systems used across communities • Configure workflows and settings to align with operational needs • Partner with IT, business leaders, and vendors to ensure seamless integration • Test system updates, patches, and new features (UAT support) • Troubleshoot functional and technical issues • Monitor system performance and implement process improvements • Analyze application data to provide actionable business insights • Document processes, resolutions, and best practices • Support system upgrades, vendor evaluations, and new integrations • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards You play a key role in enhancing system performance and ensuring technology supports high-quality resident care and operational efficiency. What We’re Looking For: • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Healthcare, or related field • 2+ years experience in business analysis or application support • Experience with EHR, labor scheduling, or resident systems • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and data privacy standards • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Business Analyst – Improve Systems That Support Senior Living Operations Business Analyst | Enterprise Systems | Business Systems Analysis Pay Range: 76,280.00 - 95,350.00 Ready to take the next step and make a bigger impact than you ever imagined?
