Job Description The Project Manager - Commercial will: Plan, manage, and execute commercial construction projects from initiation to completion. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Oversee procurement of materials and resources while maintaining cost efficiency. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly. Lead and coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and vendors effectively. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders and management. The Successful Applicant A successful Project Manager - Commercial should have: Experience managing commercial building and construction projects within the business services industry. Strong organizational and leadership skills to oversee multiple aspects of project management. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and teams effectively. Knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and compliance requirements. Ability to solve problems proactively and adapt to changing project needs.
