Senior Structural Engineer
We are partnering with a leading multidisciplinary engineering and design firm seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to lead structural design for a variety of commercial, healthcare, education, civic, and mixed-use projects.
Responsibilities:
- Lead structural design projects from concept through construction.
- Manage project scope, schedules, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients.
- Perform structural analysis, design calculations, and construction administration.
- Mentor junior engineers and ensure quality standards are met.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master's preferred).
- PE license required.
- 8+ years of structural building design experience.
- Proficiency with Revit and structural analysis software such as RAM, RISA 3D, or Enercalc.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
