Job Summary EKG Technician – Part Time, Nashville, TN. Work 2–3 days each week Monday–Friday (day shift). Do you want to join an organization that invests in you as an EKG Technician? Responsibilities Operate electrocardiograph equipment to record electromotive variations in heart muscle actions. Prepare patients for electrocardiograms by explaining testing procedures, fastening to, and removing electrodes from specific areas of arms, legs, and chest. Enter patient demographic information into electrocardiograph system. Clean, adjust and perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning. Perform pacer and loop recorder interrogations and follow‑up processes. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Completion of a recognized EKG training program preferred. BCLS Certification currently or received within 30 days of hire. Experience preferred. Shift Requirements Must be able to work 2–3 days each week Monday–Friday (day shift).
