What You’ll Do Lead the planning, design, and delivery of complex highway and roadway projects from concept through construction. Manage multidisciplinary teams and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, particularly FDOT Districts Four and Six. Oversee technical design elements including roadway geometry, drainage, traffic control, and more. Prepare proposals, marketing materials, and cost estimates to support business development. Mentor junior engineers and foster a collaborative, growth-oriented team culture. What We’re Looking For Licensed PE in Florida 15+ years of experience in highway design, with a strong background in FDOT projects. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (ABET-accredited). Proven success managing multi-discipline projects, including those involving bridge replacements or rehabilitations. Strong client relationships with FDOT and local agencies. Proficiency in MicroStation and Bentley OpenRoad Designer . Familiarity with AASHTO standards. Excellent communication skills and a team-first mindset.
