In addition, you will assist with and prepare financial and narrative reports, grant applications, bid documents, Request for Proposals, and operation procedures and guidelines. This opportunity also involves implementation of the Supplier Diversity program initiatives with an emphasis on small business, minority owned and women owned enterprises, as well as conducting site visits.Competencies and QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess a High School Diploma or possession of a certificate of equivalent (GED) and two years of experience in real estate development, finance, grant writing, budget management, financial analysis, commercial lending, urban planning, municipal engineering, construction or general administrative experience.
