Registered Nurse - Pre/Post Op

Job Details

Travel Pre/Post-Op RN job in Dallas, TX lets you provide skilled nursing care before and after surgery at the facility.You will assess, plan, and evaluate patient needs throughout the perioperative experience, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver therapeutic care. Your responsibilities include performing comprehensive nursing assessments, monitoring patient status during procedures, and integrating nursing interventions into the care plan. You will also provide individualized education to patients and families, coordinate pre-operative lab work, and ensure safe discharge planning.Required qualifications include a current RN license, experience in pre- and post-operative care, and proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR). Required Qualifications

Registered Nurse, Pre/Post Op Experience: 1 year Licenses: RN(Compact Accepted) Certifications: ACLS

PALS SSN Required DOB Required Work History: Should not be more than 90 days of gap in last 1 year
