Management and Program Analyst

Duties
The duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Develops recommendations for the Assistant Chief Information Officer (ACIO) regarding principles, policies, and guidelines for all information management activities within the Agency.
- The incumbent participates fully with the ACIO in developing, recommending, directing, and reviewing programs, policies, and procedures, and modifications to existing programs, policies, and procedures.
- On an ongoing basis, the employee evaluates various operational functions and works on behalf of the ACIO to issue instructions and final determinations.
- Provides leadership in formulating policies that are integrated with Agency, Department, and Government-wide objectives for information technology.
- Oversees the work performed by the Program Specialist, who provides administrative support for MRP-ITD, including travel, time and attendance, and purchase card processing.
- Leads the development, planning and execution of regular Investment Review Boards for both agencies in the Marketing and Regulatory Programs Mission Area.
