Company: Rapidly growing private medical device company Compensation: Base $180K-$250K + bonus + stock options Location: Carlsbad, CA (mostly onsite) Overview We are partnering with a rapidly growing private medical device company to identify a Corporate Controller who will play a critical role in strengthening accounting operations, building scalable processes, and supporting the company through its next phase of growth. This is a high-impact leadership role with strong visibility and ownership.
