Parent Support Specialist

Providing exceptional support to families, the full-time Parent Support Specialist will assist with enrollment, reimbursements, and community event organization while working remotely. Key responsibilities Deliver direct support to parents through various communication channels, addressing inquiries about their child's educational program Utilize the help ticketing system to manage and respond to parent requests efficiently Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent information and participate in team meetings to enhance service delivery Required qualifications Associate's degree from an accredited college or university or related advanced learning experiences 1-3 years of customer service experience, account management, or marketing Familiarity with Google products such as Gmail, Calendar, and Docs Experience managing tickets or customer interactions in a CRM (HubSpot, Intercom, Zendesk, or similar) is a plus Commitment to flexible availability during traditional business hours in the Pacific Time Zone
