We're looking for motivated, dependable individuals to join our team as Window Cleaning Technicians . Our technicians provide professional window cleaning services for residential and low-rise commercial clients throughout the Santa Barbara area.

What You'll Do

• Clean windows and provide professional service to residential and low-rise commercial clients
• Work independently while maintaining a high standard of quality and customer service
• Safely operate company vehicles and window-cleaning equipment
• Communicate professionally with customers and represent the company positively
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and equipment

Schedule & Work Environment

• Monday-Friday schedule
• No evening hours, weekends, or holidays
• Flexible scheduling options may be available
• Work outdoors and stay active throughout the day

Compensation: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

We clean glass at commercial and residential locations; including retail locations, office buildings, and malls from 1 to 3 stories. Some ladder work, travel between jobs, and minimal paperwork are required. You need reliable transportation, proof of insurance, and a valid driver's license to be considered for employment.
