Restaurant Operating Partner The Restaurant Operating Partner is the highest level of leadership within a Freddy’s restaurant, leading all aspects of operations, team development, hiring, training, financial performance, and guest satisfaction. They serve as part owners and are expected to drive sales growth, team engagement, and financial targets while maintaining Freddy’s brand values. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Supervise and oversee restaurant operations to ensure adherence to Freddy’s standards of hospitality, quality, and cleanliness. Provide exceptional guest service and model positive attitude, order accuracy, and hospitality for all team members. Prepare and serve food items such as steakburgers and custard according to company standards. Uphold ERC policy and procedures, maintaining the three pillars of quality, cleanliness and hospitality. Ensure compliance with food safety, security, quality and cleanliness standards. Follow all company safety and security policies; report maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, employee relations issues or injuries. Lead team training, evaluation, counseling, disciplinary actions and motivation, supporting coworkers with dignity and respect. Perform daily administrative tasks including scheduling, inventory, hiring and other duties as needed. Support strategies that promote operational progress, sales growth, and team member retention. Carry out other duties within the scope of the position as assigned. Qualifications Minimum 18 years of age. At least 1 year of leadership experience. Ability to lead, motivate, and employ team. Attention to detail and problem‑solving skills. Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Effective time‑management and prioritization to meet deadlines. Availability to work a variety of shifts, including at least one closing shift per week. Adherence to food safety and sanitation expectations. Capacity to multi‑task and stay organized. Pass a background check and complete ERC required training. Maintain an ANSI Manager Certification.
