At Regions, the Modernization and Transformation Partner is a key planning and execution partner in the enterprise modernization and transformation initiative. Primary Responsibilities Contributes to the overall roadmap and execution plan for the enterprise modernization and transformation strategy Develops, maintains, and provides both recurring and ad hoc reporting and analyses for various executive forums Partners across multiple areas within the Transformation Office and the enterprise to drive key results Embeds a continuous improvement philosophy and methodology that frequently assesses people, process, and technology Collaborates with leadership at all levels to gain consensus on significant decisions related to key strategic initiatives Contributes to the development of strategic approaches to enterprise-level initiative prioritization Contributes to the identification, evaluation, and development of new processes, tools, and analytics that support Regions’ modernization and transformation efforts This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay. This position is incentive eligible. Requirements Bachelor's degree in a related field Eight (8) years of related banking work experience Preferences Experience in Agile methodology Project management and/or Agile certifications Skills and Competencies Ability to develop strategic plans while considering multiple internal/external variables Ability to manage complexity and navigate through ambiguity Ability to partner within and across departments, including technical and business partners, and stakeholders to achieve transformational goals Ability to prioritize and work independently, accurately, flexibly, and efficiently under pressure Ability to think both strategically and tactically, with strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills Deep understanding of various aspects of banking and technology Demonstrated capability to translate strategy into execution with a focus on effective and efficient delivery High aptitude for learning new concepts Natural leader with the ability to develop the future state vision for the organization and drive the execution of initiatives required to achieve the vision Strong change manager with the ability to influence associates at all levels Strong written and verbal communication skills with leadership presence Compensation Details Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job. The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position. Job Range Target Minimum: $135,144.90 USD 50th Percentile: $173,650.00 USD Incentive Pay Plans This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary incentive plan. Employees are eligible to receive a discretionary award based on individual, business, and/or company performance. Opportunity to participate in the Long Term Incentive Plan.
