Leasing Consultant Responsibilities  

Tour apartment homes and confidently lease units to prospective residents 

Provide excellent customer service and build strong resident relationships 

Manage applications, lease paperwork, and follow-ups with accuracy 

Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and assist in daily office operations 

Support marketing efforts and community events 

Assist residents with concerns and submit service requests 

Requirements  

Minimum 1 year of apartment/multifamily leasing experience REQUIRED  

Knowledge of  Yardi, OneSite, BlueMoon, or similar software REQUIRED  

Understanding of  Fair Housing regulations REQUIRED  

Strong sales ability with a proven track record of closing leases 

Reliable transportation and consistent attendance 

Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and ability to work with minimal supervision
