Creative Ecommerce Manager / Brand Producer

Minkyholic is a growing luxury blanket and lifestyle brand looking for a highly creative, organized and ecommerce-minded Creative Ecommerce Manager / Brand Producer to work directly with our founder and help build the next stage of the Minkyholic brand.

Minkyholic has built a strong business through live selling, and we are now making a major investment in growing our ecommerce platform. As we expand into larger inventory quantities and planned product collections, we are looking for someone who can help turn each new product into a complete, polished online launch.

This is not simply a social media posting position.

We are looking for someone who can take a product and creative idea from concept through launch—including campaign direction, photoshoots, models, product photography, website merchandising, Shopify product pages, email/SMS creative, social content and launch execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts for new blanket collections, product launches and seasonal campaigns

• Build launch plans for products from arrival through online release

• Create mood boards, creative briefs and detailed shot lists

• Plan and produce lifestyle and ecommerce product photoshoots

• Source and coordinate models, photographers, videographers, studios, locations, hair/makeup artists and other creative vendors

• Help direct photographers, models and creators during shoots

• Ensure every product launch has the photography, video and creative assets needed for website, social media, email and advertising

• Help create, organize and merchandise Shopify product pages

• Coordinate product photography, descriptions, imagery, sizing and other launch assets

• Help improve the overall look, feel and customer experience of Minkyholic.com

• Develop creative campaigns designed to drive traffic and online sales

• Coordinate email, SMS and social media creative around product launches

• Work alongside the founder to connect live-selling promotions with ecommerce launches

• Build and manage launch and creative calendars

• Organize and maintain Minkyholic’s photo and video asset library

• Monitor ecommerce launch performance and identify opportunities to improve future campaigns

• Research trends in fashion, home, lifestyle, ecommerce and social media

• Help create a consistent, elevated and recognizable Minkyholic brand aesthetic

• Help build the future Minkyholic creative and ecommerce team

Who We’re Looking For

We want someone with exceptional visual taste who also understands that creative work ultimately needs to help sell products.

The ideal candidate:

• Has experience in ecommerce, branding, creative production, content, art direction, digital merchandising or a related field

• Understands Shopify or another major ecommerce platform

• Understands how photography, merchandising and product presentation influence online purchasing

• Can take a product launch from idea through execution

• Has experience planning or coordinating lifestyle and product photoshoots

• Is comfortable sourcing and coordinating models and creative professionals

• Has strong organizational and project-management skills

• Understands Instagram Reels, TikTok, vertical video, email and digital marketing

• Has strong attention to detail

• Can work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment

• Is comfortable working directly with a founder

Experience with fashion, beauty, home décor, lifestyle, luxury goods or direct-to-consumer ecommerce brands is strongly preferred.

What Success Looks Like

Our founder should be able to select a new product or collection and provide the overall vision.

You should be able to take that direction and build the entire launch around it—from the photoshoot and creative assets to the website presentation and marketing rollout.

The goal is to help Minkyholic grow from a primarily live-selling business into a strong multi-channel brand with both a thriving live community and a significantly larger ecommerce business.
