Providence Health and Services seeks a Senior Mental Health Counselor to provide evidence-based counseling to adults and families in our compassionate, mission-driven setting. You will complete biopsychosocial assessments, develop and monitor treatment plans, deliver individual and group therapy, and coordinate care with physicians, nurses, and community partners. The role includes crisis assessment, safety planning, documentation in the EHR, and mentoring junior staff, while supporting vulnerable and diverse populations in alignment with Providence’s values.
