Job Function:


• Provide full-scope OB/GYN care within a collaborative attending- and midwife-led model.
• Deliver comprehensive outpatient care, managing an average of 14-16 patients per day (up to 20).
• Provide clinical care across multiple ambulatory sites, with a designated primary ("home base") location.
• Manage labor, delivery, and operative cases in collaboration with attending physicians.
• Deliver direct patient care in an environment without resident involvement.


• Provide prenatal, intrapartum, and postpartum care.
• Perform gynecologic evaluations and minor surgical procedures.


• Perform and/or oversee in-office procedures, including:
• IUD and Nexplanon placement and removal.
• LEEP procedures (at designated sites).
• Colposcopies across all sites.
• Office hysteroscopy.
• Endometrial biopsies.


Job Requirements:

Job Requirements:

• MD or DO.
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in OB/GYN.
• Eligible for New York State medical licensure.
• Comfortable with full-scope OB/GYN practice.
• Willingness to take shared call within a collaborative team structure.
• Interest in working in an academic-leaning, evidence-based environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to support physician-CNM collaboration.
