Job Overview We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and dependable bilingual RDA to join our growing dental practice. This is a great opportunity to work alongside an amazing bilingual doctor who communicates well, diagnoses confidently, and provides excellent care to her patients. We are looking for a strong assistant who can help lead the clinical team, maintain an efficient patient flow, and create a positive environment for both patients and coworkers. What we’re looking for:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Current Texas RDA certification
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Dependable, organized, and motivated
- Comfortable supporting treatment acceptance and same-day dentistry
- Able to work efficiently and maintain a smooth clinical flow
- Positive attitude and team-focused mentality
- Previous dental assisting experience preferred
- Top pay based on experience
- Great weekday hours

- Closed on Wednesdays
- Only one Saturday per month
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday
