The Smile Sanctuary - Dental Assistant Join the team at The Smile Sanctuary, where we believe dental care should be as comfortable as it is high-quality. We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to help us provide exceptional care to our Aubrey community. If you are a team player who thrives in a patient-centered environment, we would love to meet you! Pay $20 - $25 per hour Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience. Shift & Schedule (Monday - Thursday) Requirements License & Certification: Cardiopulmonary resuscitation, Basic life support Software Experience: Dentrix, Eaglesoft Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional dental assisting experience. Software Proficiency: Experience with Open Dental software is required. Certifications: Active RDA (Registered Dental Assistant) license and CPR certification. Skills: Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a gentle chairside manner. Job Description Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures. Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment. Take dental radiographs (X-rays) and maintain patient records. Provide patients with instructions for oral care following surgery or other dental treatment procedures. Ensure the comfort and readiness of patients before treatment begins. Collaborate with the front office team to ensure a seamless patient flow. Benefits Paid Time Off (PTO) Competitive hourly wages ($20-$25/hr) A consistent 4-day work week (Friday - Sunday off!)
