Job Title: MS / Tele RN (Travel)
Location: Rochester, NY 14621
Assignment Type: Travel Contract
Duration: 13 weeks (possible extension)
Shift: 4x12 – Day/Night Rotation

Pay Rate: $2,530 – $2,760 weekly gross

Note: This is a Travel Role, Agency is accepting candidates residing more than 75 miles away from the unit.

A major healthcare facility in Rochester, NY is seeking an experienced Medical Surgical / Telemetry Registered Nurse (Travel) for a 13-week contract. The ideal candidate will have strong cardiac monitoring experience and the ability to float as needed in a fast-paced acute care environment.

Must have an active New York RN license in hand – no exceptions.

• Specialty: MS / Tele RN

• Shift: 4x12 Day/Night rotation

• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend

• Holiday Requirement: Must be available for some holidays

• Floating: Required

• ACLS (required)

• BLS (required)

• Minimum 1 year of MS / Tele experience

• EPIC charting experience required

• Prior experience with cardiac monitoring and emergency response

Cardiac Monitoring & Emergency Response

• Interpretation and management of dysrhythmias

• Rapid Response and Code Team participation

IV Therapy / Phlebotomy

• Peripheral IV line care and management

Respiratory Support

• Nasal cannula, oxygen face masks, portable oxygen tanks

• Non-invasive airway management

Professional Practice

• Isolation precautions

• Accurate documentation and patient safety compliance
