Advanced Practice Clinician

Job Details:
• Serve as Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in family medicine setting
• Provide comprehensive care to largely migrant and Latino community
• Work with certified bilingual Medical Assistants for translation and patient care support
• 1.0 FTE position (40 hours per week: 34 clinical hours, 6 administrative hours)
• Clinic hours Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM
• Utilize EPIC EMR system
• Develop and manage your own patient panel with team-based approach
• Master's or Doctoral Degree required for Nurse Practitioners
• Master's Degree or Bachelor's with two-year PA training program required for Physician Assistants
• Opportunity for 4-week Medical Spanish Immersion Program in Guatemala
• $15,000 hiring bonus and $20,000 relocation allowance
• $50,000 student loan repayment assistance beginning month after start date

• $3,100 annual CME allowance with 40 hours CME time
