This is for a highly reputable subcontractor throughout Texas. As a trusted partner to many public and private clients, they have an impressive backlog of high-profile work already and are looking for another Estimator to join the team and build out the estimating department.

In this role, you will be based in the Dallas office and have the opportunity to tangibly impact some of the most critical infrastructure in the state. The high-quality office operation is fundamental to managing the company through their pipeline of projects and next stages of development.

Your responsibilities will focus on discovery, collaborating closely with vendors and GCs, producing detailed takeoffs and training more junior Estimators.

This role would ideally suit somebody with Estimating experience and a desire to grow a career with a company known for its fantastic culture, with the desire to work on large scale projects - all whilst earning a fantastic annual salary and supporting package.

The Role

• Plans, Drawings, Takeoffs, Estimates, Bids, Liaising with Owners and Internal Stakeholders
• Mentoring junior staff
• $80,000 - $100,000 + Quarterly Bonuses + Health Insurances, PTO & more.
