This role is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process across assigned business units, with a strong emphasis on innovative sourcing strategies and proactive pipeline development.This individual will leverage both tactical execution and strategic insight to recruit diverse, high-quality talent while continuously improving hiring outcomes. The base pay range for full-time employment is $68,598.40 - $103,396.80 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, on-call pay, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
