Our team specializes in providing personalized travel planning and support for vacations, cruises, resorts, and unique experiences worldwide.Role Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Travel Concierge to join our team. In this role, you will provide customized travel planning services, assist clients with booking needs, and deliver exceptional customer service from inquiry to trip completion.Key ResponsibilitiesConsult with clients to understand their travel preferences and requirementsResearch, plan, and book travel experiences including flights, hotels, resorts, and cruisesProvide recommendations and insider tips to enhance client experiencesManage client itineraries and ensure accuracy of travel documentsDeliver high-quality service before, during, and after travelQualificationsStrong passion for travel and customer serviceExcellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple client requestsTech-savvy with the ability to navigate online booking toolsPrevious experience in hospitality, customer service, or travel is a plus but not requiredWhat We OfferFlexible, remote work environmentAccess to professional training and industry certificationsExclusive travel perks and discountsOpportunities for growth and advancement within the agency
