Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into a meaningful role supporting young learners as an on-site Physical Therapist working with preschool to second-grade students. This contract position near Winston-Salem runs from mid-August 2026 through early June 2027, offering a focused, part-time schedule of just three hours each week. It's an excellent opportunity to make a significant difference in a small caseload of approximately three students at a primary school, providing the specialized interventions that help students succeed and participate fully in the classroom.

Key Qualifications:

• Current, active North Carolina Physical Therapy License
• Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
• Previous experience in pediatric and/or school-based settings preferred
• Ability to provide on-site services exclusively; no teletherapy or hybrid options
• Skilled at working collaboratively with teachers, families, and support staff

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct physical therapy services aligned with students’ IEPs
• Perform individualized assessments and develop customized treatment plans
• Maintain thorough, accurate documentation in compliance with district standards
• Attend and participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings
• Work with ECATS and Infinite Campus for reporting and progress tracking
• Facilitate student participation in daily school activities, focusing on mobility and access
• Regularly assess and adjust interventions to ensure each student’s continued growth
