We desire to give back to the community and to each other.Innovation & Uniqueness - We desire to be a true oasis in the region and embrace our identity.Honesty & Integrity - We believe in being truthful and transparent, while maintaining professionalism, to our associates and guests in all situations, even when the situation is difficult.ResponsibilitiesOur Floor Technician is responsible for the cleanliness and upkeep of the properties flooring.Responsibilities:Maintains all floor equipment.Public space and guest room carpet cleaningClean, strip, wax and refinish floorsResponsible for keeping the department storage room clean and organizedAssists in the receiving and storage of all equipment and suppliesAssists in various areas of the hotel housekeeping department as required.QualificationsRequirements:Excellent time management skillsStrong organizational skillsA keen eye for detail.Must have a positive, cheerful dispositionExperience with Terrazzo flooring preferredWeekends are required.Physical Requirements:This position requires constant standing, forward reaching, and walking. Position also requires frequent bending, kneeling, squatting, climbing and overhead reaching. Must be able to lift and carry 60lbs.Working Environment:Must be able to adapt to all weather conditions.Miscellaneous RequirementsCandidate must be able to pass a physical through Carr Physical Therapy prior to beginning employment with Prime, Inc.
