Property Maintenance Worker II - Oaklawn Place Location: The Oaks - Dallas, TX Pay: $23.00 hourly Day-to-Day Responsibilities Perform minor electrical repairs inside and outside units (e.g., breakers, outlets, switches, disposal units, changing ceiling fans, interior and exterior lighting). Carry out structural repairs including carpentry – door repairs/replacements, exterior repairs, some tile work, interior repairs (holes in walls, door handle replacements). Conduct interior and exterior painting, drywall preparation, siding, staining, and finishing of wood surfaces. Handle plumbing repairs (changing faucets, supply lines, toilets). Complete all forms, work orders and related paperwork timely and professionally. Work independently with safe, timely driving to and from job sites; company vehicle provided for maintenance related issues across property locations. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent plus one year of relevant maintenance experience, OR high school diploma plus a certificate from a maintenance trade/vocational school, OR equivalent years of relevant work experience.
