Strategic HR Leader for Payroll and Talent (Remote)

Safe Fleet

Safe Fleet is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee payroll, employee relations and talent acquisition for a multi-state U.S. workforce. The role includes onboarding, compensation analysis, benefits administration and HRIS (Workday) management. The ideal candidate will lead training and employee engagement while ensuring policy compliance and confidentiality across onsite Missouri/ TX facilities and fully remote staff nationwide. #J-18808-Ljbffr
