Email Marketing Specialist

DescriptionSeeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Email Marketer to support the execution of customer communications across email and digital channels. This role will work closely with the Senior Email Marketer and cross-functional teams to help deliver high-quality, personalized campaigns that drive engagement and performance. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and passionate about digital marketing.Responsibilities- Assist in the execution of email marketing campaigns, including content setup, segmentation, testing, and deployment- Collaborate with Marketing, Enablement, and Technology teams to ensure campaign alignment and consistency- Support the creation and maintenance of email templates, Cloud Pages, and subscription lists- Help monitor campaign performance and contribute to reporting and insights- Participate in A/B testing efforts (e.g., subject lines, content variations) to improve engagement- Assist in quality assurance checks, including link validation, landing page accuracy, and tracking parameters- Help maintain deliverability standards and support list hygiene practices- Stay informed on Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) features and email marketing best practices- Contribute to workflow improvements and documentation- Perform additional tasks and support ad hoc projects as neededAdditional Skills & QualificationsQualifications- 1–2 years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing preferred· - Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio) is a plus- Basic understanding of HTML and email design principles- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills- Analytical mindset with interest in campaign performance and optimization- Excellent communication and teamwork skills- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic environment- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field preferredJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Austin, TX.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $40.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
