Customer Service Professional

ADP is hiring customer service professionals for our Associate Client Support Consultant positions. In this role, you will serve as ADP's front‑line for solving clients' challenges, including issue resolution, answering questions, helping clients, training their users on ADP technology, and more. You carry the weight of ADP's service reputation and client satisfaction in your hands. Your #1 goal is to help clients who have between 1–49 employees. Every day will be different because the questions you receive will vary, as will the solutions you provide to each client. Responsibilities Client Support – Help clients manage their business using ADP solutions, troubleshoot and resolve payroll issues, partner with other business units for a seamless client experience. Continuous Learning – Upgrade knowledge and skills on payroll, federal and state compliance, standard operating procedures, administrative practices, other products, and desktop support tools. Organization – Adhere to a daily schedule and manage a high volume of inbound calls; phone time may increase during peak seasons. Qualifications At least one year of experience in a customer service environment or as an HR/HRIS practitioner with system experience. Ability to work overtime hours during peak seasons. College degree is a plus but not required. Relevant experience is essential. Other acceptable experiences: military background that demonstrates teamwork, adaptability, organization, and follow‑through to build client relationships and achieve success.
