Sales & Marketing Specialist (On-Site Only) Location: Nashua, NH Work Arrangement: 100% On-Site, Local Candidates Only / No Relocation Offered Reports To: Marketing Manager Position Summary Vascular Technology is looking for a Sales and Marketing Specialist to support our growing medical device business. This role blends sales support, marketing coordination, and hands‑on operational work to keep our sales team running smoothly and our brand visible across digital and physical channels. If you enjoy variety, organization, and being the go‑to person who keeps things moving, this role is for you What You’ll Do Support sales reps with marketing materials, product sheets, and documentation Maintain and update Zoho CRM contacts, accounts, and activity logs Assist with quotes, order entry and reporting in the EVO ERP system Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales repots Coordinate materials and logistics for sales visits and tradeshows Provide marketing support to sales representatives and managers, including maintaining up‑to‑date sales group rosters. Assist with answering product inquiry calls and routing calls to appropriate departments. Marketing Operations Coordinate tradeshow logistics: booth materials, packing, shipping, inventory, and follow-up Manage inventory of printed marketing materials and distribute to sales reps and customers Support digital marketing by updating web content, posting on social media, and assisting with email campaings Maintain the company’s video catalog and digital media assets Assist with direct mail and email campaigns, including list prep and segmentation Collaborate with external digital partners on website updates, analytics, and SEO improvements Help create product content, social posts, and marketing collateral Some travel to tradeshows may be required Other responsibilities as assigned What You Bring Associate level experience sales support, marketing coordination, customer service, or administrative support Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines, ensuring timely and accurate execution across all initiatives Ability to work 100% on‑site in Nashua NH Familiarity with CRM systems (Zoho a plus) Experience with ERP systems (EVO a plus) Ability to lift and pack tradeshow materials (light duty) Education & Experience Associate or Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field. Prior marketing experience required. Knowledge of CRM tools strongly preferred Physical Demands Regularly required to use hands, reach with arms, and communicate verbally.
