Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To Track licensure of facility and LRC staff to ensure completion of facility licensure documents and primary source verification for professional licenses within specific timeframes Scan, file, prepare and distribute documents, schedule meetings, and maintain calendars Assist with data collection, data entry, and data security for precise and timely reporting Support multiple meetings by taking accurate minutes and having meeting space, documents, visual presentations, and computer links prepared Assist with ongoing accreditation needs and requirements Develop tracking system and reports to ensure timely renewal of internal documents, policies and procedures Assist with quality assurance and quality improvement projects as needed Provide backup support to other Office Specialists Perform other administrative duties as assigned Requirements / Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Coursework/training in administrative/office support functions, procedures, and methods including the operation of personal computers and office equipment; or areas related to the programs and functions of the employing agency OR Experience in customer service or public contact; or applying criteria/regulations; and/or performing administrative/office/secretarial support work including use of personal computers and office equipment. Preferred Qualifications Experience using Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and PDF programs Strong multi‑tasking and organizational skills Data entry experience Additional Requirements Must be at least 19 years of age Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Administrative and clerical support practices and procedures Basic recordkeeping and data management Customer service principles Business writing, grammar, and proofreading Office software such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook and PDF programs Ability To Communicate effectively in person, by phone, email, and written correspondence Work professionally with individuals from diverse backgrounds Prepare, review, and maintain accurate reports and documentation Follow policies, procedures, and administrative guidelinesMaintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information Stay organized and manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment Benefits We offer a comprehensive package of pay, benefits, paid time off, retirement and professional development opportunities to help you get the most out of your career and life.
