The successful applicant will act as a strategic ally in crafting and rolling out benefit frameworks that bolster our staff, while simultaneously supervising day-to-day operational processes to boost efficiency and job satisfaction across our global footprint.

Responsibilities

• Direct the full lifecycle management of employee benefit schemes, guaranteeing precision in enrollment procedures, claims adjudication, and plan communications.
  
• Lead international HR projects, ensuring local practices harmonize with global policies and regulatory mandates.
  
• Evaluate benefit usage metrics to spot patterns, reduce expenditures, and propose enhancements to the existing benefits suite.
  
• Partner with diverse teams to address intricate employee questions concerning pay, insurance coverage, and leave entitlements.
  
• Keep current with domestic and foreign labor legislation to ensure total compliance in all operational endeavors.
  
• Cultivate partnerships with third-party vendors, brokers, and insurers to negotiate favorable terms and secure superior service quality.
  
• Administer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, retirement, and wellness programs, ensuring competitive offerings that attract top talent.
  
• Manage the annual open enrollment process, providing clear guidance and support to employees regarding plan selection and changes.
  
• Conduct regular audits of benefit records and processes to maintain data integrity and regulatory compliance.
  

Requirements

• Solid background in benefits administration and HR operations, grounded in extensive knowledge of global HR management standards.
  
• Proven track record of navigating complex regulatory landscapes and deploying compliant HR strategies.
  
• Advanced analytical capabilities to interpret data and convert insights into strategic business actions.
  
• Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with staff at all organizational levels and external partners.
  
• Technical proficiency with HR information systems and specialized benefits administration platforms.
  
• A forward-thinking problem-solver dedicated to providing outstanding service within a dynamic, high-speed environment.
  
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CEBS, PHR, SPHR) are highly desirable.
