BDC Representative We are looking for a confident BDC Representative to help us drive business in our Sales Department. Job Responsibilities Respond to internet sales leads by phone, text message, and email Contact and communicate with customers to identify needs and wants in a vehicle purchase Books appointments based on customer wants, inventory, and sales associate's availability Maintain and build customer relationships through thorough follow- up Expected to make a minimum of 75 outbound calls per day Cultivate a strong, working relationship between the Sales and BDC Departments Train sales staff in the proper usage of the CRM Monitor conversion rates and ensure we're at, or above, industry standards Maintain working knowledge of all dealership products and services Job Requirements High School Diploma or GED Equivalent Maintain a clean driving record & valid driver's license Ability to work Saturdays and Evenings Call center experience a plus Automotive experience a plus Must be self driven and motivated to continuously learn and achieve results Excellent written, communication, and interpersonal skills Maintain knowledge of current trends and news in the automotive industry Strong negotiation and customer service skills Reports to: BDC Director
