Retail Marketing Specialist

About the Role

Razer is hiring a Retail Marketing Specialist to support and execute channel marketing strategies for our consumer electronics and gaming products.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of channel marketing strategies.
• Plan, execute, analyze, and improve marketing plans and campaigns to meet business goals.
• Execute, administer and report on channel marketing programs and campaigns; monitor, record, and analyze ROI.
• Recommend changes to existing programs to maintain industry leadership.
• Prepare and present success/learnings reports to management.
• Oversee merchandising activities, in-store and online.
• Maintain product listings to ensure content excellence.
• Utilize retailers' online marketing tools to increase market share and revenue.
• Plan and track marketing budget and resources; manage end‑to‑end process with creative briefing and accounting.
• Build good relationships with channel partners and Regional Sales Managers to drive ROI.
• Perform other job duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• BSc, BA or equivalent in Marketing.
• 3–5+ years in a channel marketing position in consumer electronics, PC, or console gaming industry.
• Fluent in German and English (additional language skills, e.g., French, preferred).
• Proven analytical skills and keen attention to detail.
• Strong team player and passion for gaming.
