Retail Marketing Specialist

About the Role Razer is hiring a Retail Marketing Specialist to support and execute channel marketing strategies for our consumer electronics and gaming products. Responsibilities Support development and execution of channel marketing strategies. Plan, execute, analyze, and improve marketing plans and campaigns to meet business goals. Execute, administer and report on channel marketing programs and campaigns; monitor, record, and analyze ROI. Recommend changes to existing programs to maintain industry leadership. Prepare and present success/learnings reports to management. Oversee merchandising activities, in-store and online. Maintain product listings to ensure content excellence. Utilize retailers' online marketing tools to increase market share and revenue. Plan and track marketing budget and resources; manage end‑to‑end process with creative briefing and accounting. Build good relationships with channel partners and Regional Sales Managers to drive ROI. Perform other job duties as assigned. Qualifications BSc, BA or equivalent in Marketing. 3–5+ years in a channel marketing position in consumer electronics, PC, or console gaming industry. Fluent in German and English (additional language skills, e.g., French, preferred). Proven analytical skills and keen attention to detail. Strong team player and passion for gaming.
