As a result of continued growth, we are currently seeking candidates for a Service Coordinator / Dispatcher IT Security at our office in White Plains, NY./ppstrongPosition Overview:/strong This position works closely with our Help Desk team to schedule and dispatch our remote and onsite IT Technicians, ensuring customers receive the prompt, professional support ITG is known for./ppThis is a highly visible role requiring excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction.
