Momentum Conversion Developer (PL/SQL)

Job Family:Software Development & SupportTravel Required:Up to 10%Clearance Required:Ability to Obtain Public TrustWhat You Will Do:Develops PL/SQL routines, conversion logic, data transformation scripts, and reconciliation support for FMBT interface and conversion-related activities. Works with functional, data, integration, and testing teams to validate source-to-target mappings, data quality, data cleansing needs, and conversion accuracy.What You Will Need:Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DHS "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferredBachelors DegreeFIVE (5) or more years of Oracle development experienceMomentum Financials/iFAMS conversion, implementation, or data migration experienceExperience developing ETL, conversion, data transformation, validation, reconciliation, and data quality routinesExperience supporting data mapping, conversion testing, defect resolution, and technical documentationExperience with finance and acquisition data concepts in ERP or federal financial management environmentsExperience working in Agile/SAFe environmentsExperience using Jira, Azure DevOps, Agility, GitHub, or similar toolsWhat Would Be Nice To Have:Experience supporting Federal IT programsExperience supporting enterprise application implementationsExperience supporting large-scale federal ERP conversion programExperience with data cleansing, crosswalks, reconciliation reporting, and audit-ready conversion evidenceExperience with performance tuning for high-volume data loadsStrong written and verbal communication skillsExperience working with cross-functional technical and business stakeholdersThe annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$133,000.00.
