Job title: Sr Java Developer Role is hybrid (3 days/wk) Location: Charlotte, NC 28202Mandatory skills: Core Java PL/SQL AWS Spring, Springboot, microservices, kafka We are actively seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer with a strong emphasis on ReactJS for the frontend and Node.js (Nest.js/Express/Fastify) for the backend. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with React, Node.js, Docker, AWS, and container orchestration technologies such as AWS Fargate, ECS, EKS, or Kubernetes. Experience with NestJS, Express, or Fastify is required. Applications that do not demonstrate this specific expertise will NOT be considered. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining our web applications, ensuring seamless interactions between server-side components and user-facing interfaces that deliver exceptional user experiences.Key Responsibilities:

• Code Development: Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code for both frontend and backend systems, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications that drive project success.
• User Interface Implementation: Implement and uphold cutting-edge user interfaces using React, ensuring an outstanding user experience through innovative design and functionality.
• Server-Side Development: Develop and enhance robust server-side applications using Nest.js, with a strong focus on performance, scalability, and security.
• Quality Assurance: Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to verify the quality and reliability of the code, ensuring high standards of software excellence.
• Debugging and Troubleshooting: Proactively debug and resolve issues throughout the entire stack, from frontend UI to backend services, ensuring minimal disruption to user experience.
• Version Control and CI/CD: Utilize version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration/delivery tools to streamline development workflows and maintain code integrity.
