Dental Receptionist Opportunity

Hawaii Endodontics in beautiful Kapolei is looking for a friendly, high-energy Dental Receptionist to join our growing team! As the first point of contact for our patients, we're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a team-oriented environment, and is excited to be part of a practice where everyone jumps in to help — both in the front and back office. We'd love to hear from you if you're ready to be part of a supportive team in a patient-centered practice!

Must be willing to travel between Kapolei and Aiea if needed

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting at $20/hr — pay based on experience
• Benefits available for full-time employees, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, PTO, paid holidays, and 401(k) options

Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday through Friday, with Saturday availability

What You'll Do

• Greet patients and create a welcoming atmosphere
• Schedule appointments and manage the calendar
• Answer phone calls and assist with patient inquiries
• File and scan documents accurately and efficiently
• Support the entire office team as needed — teamwork is key!

What We're Looking For

• Dental front office experience is preferred, but we're happy to train the right person
• Comfortable using computers and practice management software
• A dependable team player with excellent communication skills
• Recent graduates are welcome to apply!
• Willing to travel between Kapolei and Aiea if needed
