Assembly Operator IIPROMAN Staffing has partnered with a leading manufacturer in the area. We are hiring for an Assembly Operator II in Arden, NC. Shift: 1st M-F 7AM-3:30PM Pay Rate: $22.00/hrAssembly Operator Summary:Assemble, terminate, test and package fiber optic cable assembliesWork with fiber optic connectors and cables in a clean room manufacturing environmentSupport production of new and existing optical products while maintaining high-quality standardsUtilize measuring equipment and inspection techniques to ensure product complianceTroubleshoot equipment, support process improvements, and maintain accurate production recordsAssembly Operator Responsibilities:Polish and test fiber optic cablesAssemble and package fiber optic connector componentsTerminate single-fiber and multi-fiber cable assembliesOperate fiber routing and over-molding equipment as neededSupport prototype, test and new product introduction (NPI) buildsMeasure components using calipers, gauges and other precision measuring devicesInspect products using quality standards, work instructions and technical drawingsAssembly Operator Requirements:High school Diploma or GED requiredAbility to distinguish between color-coded fiber optic cablesMinimum 1 year of assembly manufacturing experience requiredMust be eligible to work under ITAR regulationsSAP Manufacturing and ISO 9001 experience preferredAbility to read blueprints, work instructions and technical drawingsWhy PROMAN Staffing?Friendly, Knowledgeable StaffDirect Deposit ProgramsReferral bonusWeekly PayInsurance and 401(k) ProgramPROMAN STAFFING'S goal is to create a great talent experience to ensure successful employment for our employees to reach their full potential.
