Internal Recruiter

MedaHealth Associates is Tampa Bay's most innovative health and life insurance brokerage, with offices in Downtown Tampa, Downtown St. Petersburg, Orlando, Brandon, and Fort Lauderdale. We're looking for a driven Internal Recruiter to manage our full hiring pipeline — from posting jobs and sourcing candidates to booking interviews and following up until they're onboarded. On top of base pay, this role includes strong bonus potential tied to your recruiting results. The Role This is a full-time role based in Tampa, working directly under our Location Manager. You'll be the engine behind our agent growth — posting and managing job ads, fielding resumes, and making sure no candidate falls through the cracks from first contact to final interview. What You Will Do Post and manage job ads across LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruiting platforms Review and respond to incoming resumes and applications in a timely manner Reach out to and follow up with prospective recruits to keep them engaged in the process Schedule and book interviews between candidates and hiring managers Follow up with candidates after interviews to keep momentum and close the loop Track candidates through the pipeline and keep recruiting records organized and current Work closely with the Location Manager to align on hiring needs and priorities What We Are Looking For Previous experience in recruiting, HR, or a high-volume outreach role preferred Highly organized, able to manage multiple candidates and stages at once Self-motivated and reliable, able to work full-time hours in Tampa Comfortable working under direction while also taking ownership of your pipeline Why MedaHealth Energetic, fun team that moves fast and celebrates wins Consistent full-time work with real growth potential Direct access to leadership and hands-on mentorship from your Location Manager Join a company making a real, long-term investment in its people across Florida #J-18808-Ljbffr
