Voice Engineer

To support the development of innovative voice AI solutions, the full-time remote Senior AI Engineer will design and build real-time conversational voice systems, develop AI orchestration layers, and improve workflows across speech-to-text and LLM-driven processes. Key responsibilities Design and build voice AI systems for real-time conversational user experiences Develop and maintain AI orchestration layers, including agent workflows and state management Architect workflows across speech-to-text, LLM reasoning, and text-to-speech technologies Required qualifications Hands-on experience building and shipping voice AI or real-time conversational AI systems in production Strong understanding of speech-to-text, text-to-speech, and telephony integration Proficiency in Python, including experience with async Python frameworks Strong SQL skills and experience building ETL pipelines Experience with LLM APIs and understanding of prompt engineering patterns
