High school diploma or GED (required)
0-3 years of relevant experience or training in customer service or a related field (preferred)
Strong communication skills
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under pressure
High attention to detail
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
