What You'll Do

• Provide general anesthesiology services for a variety of procedures including surgery, GYN, OB, vascular, urology, neuro/spine, ortho, ENT, dental, electrophysiology, and GI.
• Perform cardiac anesthesia, including open-heart and TAVR cases, with TEE skills required.
• Support the hospital's anesthesia team during scheduled hours and on-call periods.
• Collaborate with CRNAs/CAAs in medically directed cases and conduct solo cases during call coverage.
• Maintain patient safety and deliver quality care for adult and healthy pediatric patients in a community hospital setting.
• Support cardiac cases during weekends and call shifts.

What You Need

• Active Wisconsin state medical license in good standing
• Board certification in Anesthesiology (preferred but not required)
• TEE certification and skills for cardiac coverage
• Ability to work independently during call shifts
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
