Chief Marketing Officer (, MD, United States)

Job Location: Corporate Office, Box Hill - ABINGDON, MD 21009

Salary: $250,000 - $275,000 per year plus Annual Profit-Sharing Program (average potential $85,000 - $105,000).

About the position

The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) will lead the brand strategy and execution across the Kiddie Academy system, covering both consumer-facing and franchise marketing initiatives. As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, the CMO will collaborate on global corporate business matters and shape the ongoing evolution of the brand experience.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Marketing or a related field
• 10+ years of marketing leadership experience
• Experience with a franchise or multi‑unit business model preferred
• Budgeting experience
• Strong analytical skills and data‑driven decision making
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team and manage outside agencies
• Experience leading strategy and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns
• Business management experience
• Minimal travel required
