What You’ll Do

- Manage incoming physician inquiries regarding placement opportunities

- Source and engage physicians through calls, referrals, job boards, and online research

- Conduct initial screening conversations to assess interest, qualifications, and fit

- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers

- Support Recruiters with candidate sourcing, scheduling, and pipeline management

- Track activity, notes, and outreach in the database

- Learn physician staffing fundamentals including licensing, credentialing, and assignment flow

- Develop recruiting and sales skills with the goal of promotion into a full Recruiter role

What It Takes to Excel

- Strong phone presence and comfort speaking with new people daily

- High energy, resilience, and willingness to put in the work to succeed

- Coachable mindset with a strong desire to learn and grow

- Ability to stay organized in a fast-moving environment

- Team-oriented attitude with competitive drive

Bonus Points If You Have

- 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or recruiting

- Recent college graduate seeking a career in sales or recruiting

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Experience using LinkedIn or other professional/social platforms

- Solid Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
